I’m trying to make a booking. Are you open? What do I do?

Each Go Ape’s live hours and availability can be viewed on their page. Navigate to Locations and select your Go Ape to view hours and availability and to reserve your tree-time. You may also BOOK NOW , select your location, then the activity, date and time that work best for your group. Alternatively, if you have a group of 10+, you can give us a call at 800-971-8271, and we’ll help you set everything up.

Are there supervision and participation requirements?

Yes, Go Ape has participant restrictions for age, height, weight, and adult supervision. Exceptions cannot be made. Please reference our individual locations for more information.

What are your weather and cancellation policies?

Go Ape will operate rain or shine but close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or provide a refund. If weather requires Go Ape to cancel during your course experience, we can offer to reschedule the entire group or provide gift vouchers to return at your own convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellation or rescheduling requests can be made through your Self-Service Portal, received in your Confirmation email, prior to your reservation. Participants cancelling 7 days or more prior to the reserved booking date will have the option of rescheduling the booking, receiving a gift card for the full amount of the booking or a full monetary refund. Participants cancelling less than 7 days prior to the reserved booking can reschedule the booking or receive a gift card to reschedule. Participants that do not show for their reserved booking time without prior notice of cancellation shall be subject to the NO-SHOW policy and will not be eligible for refund, rescheduling, or other credit.

I’m trying to enter my Gift Card code, but it’s not working. Help?

When booking with a Gift Card, you’ll need to click the “Apply a promo code or gift card” option during checkout and be sure to enter the code in the Gift Card field. If your code has hyphens and has this formatting (XXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX), enter the code with the hyphen. Enter all other codes without the hyphens.

Do you offer any Go Ape discounts or reduced rates?

For groups of 10+, visit our Groups page to receive exclusive group rates. This includes birthday parties, corporate groups, scouts, youth groups, team building, field trips and more.

You can purchase Go Ape merch and apparel either by visiting The Go Ape Shop for our online catalog, or by adding additional items (including gloves, phone holders, etc.) during the booking process on our web site.
