WEATHER POLICY: Go Ape will operate rain or shine but close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or provide a refund. If weather requires Go Ape to cancel during your course experience, we can offer to reschedule the entire group or provide gift vouchers to return at your own convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by contacting the booking line at 800-971-8271. Participants are responsible for ensuring that Go Ape receives the request.
Participants cancelling 7 days or more prior to the reserved booking date will have the option of rescheduling the booking, receiving a gift card for the full amount of the booking or a full monetary refund. Participants cancelling less than 7 days prior to the reserved booking will not receive a monetary refund but can reschedule the booking or receive a gift card to reschedule. However, if cancelling less than 48 hours before the event, rescheduling the booking or receiving a gift card is subject to a three dollar ($3.00) administrative fee per ticket. This amount will be charged at the time of rescheduling or deducted from the refund gift card when issued.
Participants that do not show for the reserved booking time without prior notice of cancellation shall be subject to the NO-SHOW policy and will not be eligible for refund, rescheduling, or other credit. The Cancellation Policy as set forth here is applicable to all participants, including individual participants within a group booking.
