Outdoor Axe Throwing provides the satisfaction of sticking an axe in the target in a beautiful park setting. Strength isn’t the key to success – technique and precision are what make a perfect throw. During your 1-hour session, you’ll compete with friends and put your axe throwing skills to the test. Ready, set, throw!
Our axe throwing hatchets weigh in at under 2lbs and are super easy to throw.
Our instructors will give you tips on how to throw the axe and some safety rules.
You’ll split up into lanes to hurl hatchets and will be striking the bullseye in no time!
Hone your axe throwing technique and challenge your friends. It’s time to earn some bragging rights.
Min Age: 10 years*
Supervision Requirements:
One adult per lane
First, hold the axe with both hands, or go for a one-handed throw by bringing it past your ear, keeping it level.
If you’re throwing one-handed, pull the axe back until it just nearly touches your shoulder.
Throw like you mean it, releasing when the handle is straight up and down.
Naturally extend your arms to keep the rotation smooth and hit your mark!
