Sample Waiver (DO NOT PRINT). All participants will be required to complete a waiver similar to the samples provided below prior to participating on the course. Minors under 18 (under 19 for participants at the Nebraska location) are required to have the waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian prior to participation. An email with additional information, including a link to the waiver for electronic signature, will be sent to you upon completing your booking.
All Go Ape participants are subject to the Safety Rules of Participation, which can be found below. By participating in a Go Ape activity, you acknowledge that you have read these rules and agree to adhere to them.
