Go Ape has partnered with local pizza places to be able to offer pizza as an add-on option to your birthday party. Additional, Go Ape offers light concessions (water, Gatorade, chips, etc.) at the check-in cabin. You are also welcome to bring food with you or have it catered/delivered. Food can be enjoyed before or after your aerial ropes course and zipline adventure. For safety reasons, food can not be eaten while wearing a Go Ape course harness. Birthday parties can add picnic table reservations at time of booking. If our picnic tables are already reserved, Picnic shelters are available throughout the parks we call home on a first come first serve basis, or you may reserve ahead of time through the park. To inquire about shelters and other park amenities, please contact the park directly or learn more.

Anyone who wants to participate and have access to the course. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or watch from the ground, they don’t need to be a participant.

Yes, the total number of participants should be included when booking your birthday party. Please include all participating guests, including any parents or siblings. Non-participating guests do not have to be included in your reservation.

We don’t have a minimum or maximum booking size for birthday bookings! If you would like to book for more participants than is available in your chosen timeslot, we advise booking additional timed sessions to accommodate all party goers. Need help? For the aerial ropes courses and ziplining adventures, you can book the session before or after. We will ensure that your party can participate in their adventure together. Large groups may be split into separate, short training sessions, but will reunite quickly on the ropes course.

Yes! Our Birthday Party Bundles allow you the flexibility to add any activities, gifts, goodie bags, food, and any other add-ons to give you a unique, custom birthday party experience – but without the planning stresses.

Prices vary by location and by what you choose to add to your bundle. You are welcome to begin bundling your perfect party to see pricing. Your party will not be reserved until payment is received, so you can test and trial different options worry-free. Just remember to pay when you’re done to reserve your date and time!

Reservations are finalized when paid in full at time of booking.

We require full payment to reserve a date and time for your party. However, our terms and conditions provide flexibility, so you can receive a full refund if you have to cancel ahead of your birthday party. Participants canceling less than 7 days prior to the reserved booking date will not receive a monetary refund but may reschedule the booking or receive a gift card allowing them to reschedule at a later date. Go Ape is an excellent all-weather activity. We receive positive feedback from participants who have attended in the rain, with some even saying it adds to the fun. We advise dressing appropriately for the weather so that the rain does not dampen your experience.

Safety is always our number one priority, so we occasionally have to close if the weather is deemed unsafe due to high winds, thunderstorms, or thick ice. Our team will get in touch as soon as possible if your visit is impacted or you’re welcome to reach out to us in advance. Our on-site team assesses the weather every morning before opening to the public to ensure it is safe to operate and throughout the day for any changes. If you are not contacted, then your party will continue as scheduled.

Absolutely. We understand that planning a birthday party can be a stressful experience, and sometimes plans and party sizes change. To make modifications, reschedule, or cancel a birthday party, please call 1-800-971-8271.

Where applicable, the disclaimer needs to be signed by the legal parent or guardian or supervisor (18+). Please refer to any applicable supervision rules when booking. All waivers are electronic and can be delivered directly to supervising adults or parents via email or SMS message in advance.
