Yes! Our Birthday Party Bundles allow you the flexibility to add any activities, gifts, goodie bags, food, and any other add-ons to give you a unique, custom birthday party experience – but without the planning stresses.

Prices vary by location and by what you choose to add to your bundle. You are welcome to begin bundling your perfect party to see pricing. Your party will not be reserved until payment is received, so you can test and trial different options worry-free. Just remember to pay when you’re done to reserve your date and time!

For our most up-to-date availability, we recommend clicking the “book now” function on our website. Our booking calendar is updated automatically, so the dates and times available will be our current availability. Begin bundling your party and you will be able to see availability per activity.

For the aerial ropes courses and ziplining adventures, you can book the session before or after. We will ensure that your party can participate in their adventure together. Large groups may be split into separate, short training sessions, but will reunite quickly on the ropes course.

Go Ape is an excellent all-weather activity. We receive positive feedback from participants who have attended in the rain, with some even saying it adds to the fun. We advise dressing appropriately for the weather so that the rain does not dampen your experience.

Safety is always our number one priority, so we occasionally have to close if the weather is deemed unsafe due to high winds, thunderstorms, or thick ice. Our team will get in touch as soon as possible if your visit is impacted or you’re welcome to reach out to us in advance. Our on-site team assesses the weather every morning before opening to the public to ensure it is safe to operate and throughout the day for any changes. If you are not contacted, then your party will continue as scheduled.

Absolutely. We understand that planning a birthday party can be a stressful experience, and sometimes plans and party sizes change. If you are changing your booking more than 48 hours in advance, contact our Guest Experience team at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-971-8271.

We require full payment to reserve a date and time for your party. However, our terms and conditions provide flexibility, so you can receive a full refund if you have to cancel more than 7 days ahead of your birthday party. Participants canceling less than 7 days prior to the reserved booking date will not receive a monetary refund but may reschedule the booking or receive a gift card allowing them to reschedule at a later date. We don’t have a minimum or maximum booking size for birthday bookings! If you would like to book for more participants than is available in your chosen timeslot, we advise booking additional timed sessions to accommodate all party goers. Need help? Where applicable, the disclaimer needs to be signed by the legal parent or guardian or supervisor (18+). Please refer to any applicable supervision rules when booking. All waivers are electronic and can be delivered directly to supervising adults or parents via email or SMS message in advance.
