Instructors and Site Teams

Swing into a new job. Literally.
Our instructors and site support teams ensure our participants receive a tree-mendous guest experience and follow the rules of participation. A wide range of tasks are carried out by our site teams including guest check-in, harnessing, raking mulch, and delivering safety briefings to groups of participants. Additionally, these team members are up on our courses performing daily inspections and maintenance as necessary.
Get out from behind the desk.
Our instructors have a unique opportunity to experience nature and the outdoors every day! Gone are the days of being stuck inside. Climb through the trees and feel the fresh air hit your face as you zip down our zip lines and get paid for it. Our roles vary from seasonal to temporary positions, so whatever your scheduling needs are, we are flexible!
What’s it take to work at a Go Ape Site?
If you have a sense for adventure and love the outdoors, you are half way there. While our site teams don’t necessarily require any specific background, our most successful team members are comfortable interacting with our guests, enforcing the rules of participation, and taking pride in delivering a top-notch experience. Bonus points for previous guest service or other relatable experience.
Site Management

Tired of the nine-to-five?
Our site management oversees the day-to-day operations of our courses, ensuring optimal performance while delivering a safe and tree-mendous guest experience. Our managers aren’t afraid to assess their course P&L and make the appropriate adjustments. Managers are also out on the course and get their hands dirty with the team. Whether it be opening the course, assisting guests, or performing maintenance, you will get plenty of time outdoors as well!
Manage your team in the outdoors.
Our managers want to use their management skills while experiencing the outdoors and nature every day. You’ll have the opportunity to lead your team to greatness while encouraging all your visitors to live life adventurously!
What’s it take to run a Go Ape Site?
Our managers are business savvy with a “hands-on” approach. Individuals running our day-to-day operations must have strong leadership skills, accountability for stringent safety procedures, exceptional mentorship, and a proactive approach to local marketing and sales efforts.
