WHAT IS A GO APE TREETOP JOURNEY

Go Ape Treetop Journey offers 1-hour of engaging outdoor recreation.

It is the perfect introductory high-ropes course experience, focused on getting you off the ground and into the trees. Featuring 20 obstacles and 2 zip lines, our Journey course uses physical activity to inspire a love for the outdoors.

Certain restrictions apply, see your preferred location for supervision, height and weight requirements.

Supervision Ratios

Adult (18+) + Child (5 & Under)
An adult (18+) must participate to supervise every two children age 5 and under on the course, though we strongly recommend one adult per child on the first visit. Participating adults may not supervise from the ground.

Adult (18+) + Youth (6 -15)
One adult (18+) is required to supervise up to eight 6 – 15 year olds. The supervising adult may either participate on the course (paying) or supervise from the ground (no charge).  16 and 17 year olds do not require a participating adult, but they do require a waiver signed by their legal guardian.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Go Ape is open rain or shine and the ultimate all-weather outdoor activity. If it’s extremely hot, we’ve got you covered, literally! On average it is several degrees cooler under the forest canopy and we have water stations conveniently located throughout our courses. If you don’t want to climb in the rain, you are welcome to reschedule. Refer to our cancellation policy for additional details.

If you are worried about your knees knocking and your arms trembling, you are not alone. Turns out Go Ape is a fantastic way to overcome your fears! We are extremely proud to have helped many of our guests conquer their fear of heights. Why not give it a try? Don’t let a fear of heights get in the way of an awesome new experience.

Our Treetop Journey adventure includes having guests attach to a safety system and climb steps to access the course up in the trees and cross multiple obstacles before reaching the zip lines. As participants are attached the whole time, crossing the obstacles before reaching the zip lines is required.

We take the safety of our guests very seriously and we ensure that everyone who comes to Go Ape has the training and skills to complete a course without putting themselves or anyone else in danger. For the safety of everyone on the course, we require all participants to read and sign our waiver before going Ape.
